MGoBlue Helmet Cam - Vote and thoughts?
Looks like this was worn during the UMass game. After viewing the linked video what's your opinion;
Should it be a gameday tradition or is it a distraction to the players?

I don't think it needs to be a tradition, but it's pretty cool to get a new perspective. If they could wire up smaller cameras inside the helmets, I'd love to see what the blur of a world Denard experiences when he's at top speed.

I don't know who Furman is (call me ignorant), but why aren't his MEAN dreads utilized somewhere on the field???

Because he's a freshman.

Helmet cam does not = digital camera strapped to the top of a helmet.

Cam Gordon should wear it.

I'd like to see it on D-Rob... Then again it would be far too blurry....

It would be cool to see what it's like running that fast. But like you said, we wouldn't be able to see much.

I assume this was for pre-game only? That camera is too big imo. Surprised they couldnt get some kind of fiber-optic camera on there.
I don't really like it. It just looks out of place.

It's probably more of an inconvenience and a distraction. I just think it's cool that they made it sleek and barely noticeable.

I have always wanted to know what it was like to run out of the tunnel with the team. That is as close as I'll ever come, and I loved it!

Anyone else feel like the walk out of the tunnel felt like going to heaven?! I like it!! Go Blue!!
