I seem to remember a movement on campus that started in one of the Michigauma-type societies that encouraged everybody, wherever or whatever they were doing, to face in the direction of the Union and sing the Victors at like 2AM.

But this does not build TOUGHNESS or increase ACCOUNTABILITY
I do that every morning when i wake up
9:45 AM is the time I sing "Baby Got Back" out loud, but I suppose I can make an exception.
9:45am is too early. Us college kids aren't up until at least 11am.
