It definitely looks like a UFR thing. I think it's not from a specific UFR but rather a generic thing. I may be wrong though. This is what it says as best as I can read it:

but I'm sure it's probably a Brandon Minor TD run...maybe from the Penn State game last year. I just feel it fits the banner. I don't feel like looking it up, though.
It was made during the summer, so it can't be the Penn State game.
The only part of it I can read is "Shotgun 2-Wide" so I think its from the Capital One Bowl UFR.
