I like Hoke's homegrown name better because it makes so much sense. And it really upsets Ohio fans when you call them Ohio fans.
The only question I have is, what happens to "We don't give a damn for the whole state of that school up north"? Not very melodic.

Right, even on their gold pants that they get for beating us say "Ohio". Saw a pair on ebay today from the '09 game that said Ohio 21 Mich 10 with the price at $795(OBO) and it said they would only reveal the initials on the gold pants to the person who purchases them. Must belong to a current Senior or something...

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!!! However Hoke does it, because he's passionate about the rivalry, Meyer is doing because he knows he has to cater to knuckledraggers in Cbus and make them think he cares about the rivalry. Tsio is going to be really pissed, when they realize they didn't get the same coach UF had. He's lost the fire, look at his last recruiting class, he didn't recruit, he poached. Which shows me, he wasn't willing to go out and do the dirty work. Hey Smitty, great hire!!!!

I'm sure when the Pontiff was hired he had the best minds in Ohio working on this. All those buckeyes with "Exploring" degree just setting on their coolers at the Flying J Truck Stop on highway 70 in the greatest think tank ever assembled. After two months, many PBR's and Slim Jims they forgot why they were assembled and when reminded one of them called Jim "Cheaty McSwetervest" Tressel, but he confused them with double-talk and big words. Time was running short because they almost had filled their coolers so it was decided to just go with what Woody would say so they could please thier new coach and get good seats for Sunday dinner at Waffle House.

Meyer is just a cash whore, now spreading his undying loyality for "whatever school forks over the money". It does seem a bit tinny listening to this clown now only refer to us as "that school up north"...and Michigan was a school he would have considered??? At least Hoke's disdain for all things Ohio have been going on ALL HIS LIFE.
