META: reading page 2 (and beyond)
I don't know if this is just a Google Chrone glitch or what, but I can't see any posts that aren't on the front page. None of the links to other pages work. Is there a way to see page 2 (and beyond) under this current configuration?
Ha-ha. Sorry,. Seriously, that happens to me, but only sometimes. And, I can't figure out why, so I'll be interested if there's a reason behind it.
if u can.
I stopped using gc a couple months back.
What would you recommend if not chrome? I use Firefox as my second option.
But at this point it's a personal choice. I can't endorse either because they both have great features and flaws so it is really down to what you like best. I personally use firefox because google chrome has not released a script inhibiting add-on like firefox has.
I get that glitch even on Firefox. Notice it more when I click to see page 2 of previous posts in "my account"
Right-click on whichever page you're trying to view and then open it in a new window.
Is there a particular reason you don't like Chrome? I use it and really like it. The random website can load weirdly, but it's pretty rare for me.
Right click the arrow to go to the second page, and then open it in a new tab.
site gets wonky in every browser
I have issues navigating to the second page of thread topics.
A lot of times when I click on the little double arrow thing to take me to the older thread topics, the topics disappear completely. Either that or the list of diaries show up instead.
[i know using safari qualifies as flamebait to dorks but it loads a lot faster than firefox on my computer]
Not all the time, but occasionally. That's what I thought this thread was originally going to be about.
This happens to me pretty regularly (the diaries). I'm on firefox on a PC
I have page 2 bookmarked.

Yes, it says "1" - the first board page must be 0.
So if you want page 3, increment to "2", etc.
if it was "Chrone" then the spelling is off.. crone/krōn/
It's happened for about a month. As someone else said, right-clicking and opening each page in a new tab or window works, though it's a pain. I'm using IE 8 and Windows 7.
