Meta: podcasts should open in new window

This is a pet peeve of mine. The podcast starts playing in the same window when you click the play button and as I am listening at least 5-6 times during the half-hour, I will click on some board post and go "DARN it!! since now your podcasts is dead. 

Brian, could you please have the podcast open in a new window like every other sensible website on the planet. 

CAVEAT: I realize I could download the podcast on itunes and what not..eff it I am NOT doing that nonsense.
