My wife, a Filipina unfamiliar with most American sports, has come to embrace Michigan football, basketball and even peruses this very site. She is still convinced that hockey is bat-shit crazy though; didn't stop from cheering an 8 oz. puck ending up in net behind a guy from cbus.

I don't know how excited I would be either. Well, PSU and OSU might be happy just to be there, content to get theirs when they can and hopefully have a good chance at an at-large bid in a ridiculous conference, but Wisconsin and MSU seem to have a lot to lose from the BTHC.
Maybe they don't see things that way, but I don't see a ton of upside for the two historical middle schools.
