In this country you gotta make #1 in Grantland first. Then when you get #1 in Grantland you get #1 in ESPN. Then when you get #1 in ESPN, then you get #1 in the AP/USA Today.

It's been a lot. Its been a roller coaster that for some reason seemed like it would never get good. But you know what? We kept fighting. It's like that old saying goes, "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions." -David Molk
This must have been hard for him to do considering he is a former bucknut.

I enjoy most of Grantland's content. I even like their "Hollywood Prospectus" blog. I just watched James Franco with corn-rows lip syncing to a Selena Gomez song.

power rankings this season. I wonder if Grantland's utter lack of word limits mean their writers have more room to hang themselves?
If a writer has got the material for a good column, an extra thousand words can push them over the edge to being alomst Brian Cook-ian. If they don't, they sound like Bill Simmons.

...he says it's only because of Kelly's foot injury, but on the other hand.......wow, that is some lofty lofty praise for Mr. Burke. Not just best this year, but best of the current era? Wow.
I always enjoy his column, but I wouldn't put it past him as an OSU grad to try to jinx us before the upcoming game in Columbus. But with how well Burke (and the team) is playing, it's hopefully not going to matter.
First Grantland, then ESPN.com, then the AP, then the USA Today Coaches Poll. We're taking over everything. Be afraid America.
