MBB/Hockey watch each other, ride home together

Don't know if this is thread-worthy, but I thought it is pretty damn cool, so let's go with it.

Some of you may have heard Beilein in the post-game interview mention they were going to watch the hockey team later that evening. Well, it seems it was a family affair (free):

“Michigan has a lot of pride and to see our basketball team win in the morning and then for us to win in the afternoon, Coach [Red] Berenson said we’re headed back with the basketball team so it will be a happy plane ride for everyone,” said senior center Justin Selman, who netted the game-winner.

Think they sang "The Victors" on the plane?

I hope everyone realizes that with Beilein, Berenson, Harbaugh, Hutchins, Dakich Bakich, President Schlissel, and now Warde Manuel (and hopefully Mel Pearson when Red hangs it up) that we are entering the Age of M-lightenment. 

Undergrads, don't assume it'll always be like this. My first year at Michigan, we won the B1G and Rose Bowl in football, then the national title in basketball. I thought this is what we do. The last decade has taught me (and all of us) to enjoy it while it's happening. Well, it's happening.

EDIT: Mea culpa to baseball HC Erik Bakich, who I intended in the OP. Though I do have a man-crush on the Dakich clan.
