Doesn't matter if it's guarded or wide open.  And Tennessee has a step on all our defenders and playing better defense.  We need to step it up big time.

Come on guys we need to start hitting some of these shots. I hate having to come from behind to win the game. It is much easier to do it at the beginning. LETS GO!

i dont have a problem shooting 3s if theyre wide open with the right guy.  but christ the whole team is standing outside the 3 pt line and nobodys the for the rebs.

We haven't even given the refs a chance to call a foul on Tennessee. It's not the refs' faults that we're just shooting jumpers as soon as we get over half court.

How about a moratorium on calling out college kids?  Stu Douglass isn't playing well, but let's not start talking smack about him or anybody else on this team.

And the 3s will fall - every team goes through dry spots.

Lets get Morgan in there, i know he has two fouls but if we don't set up an inside game this is going to get away from us very quickly. We're 1/65 from three point land.

Here come the obligatory ref complaints, when in fact the game is being called fairly well, and Michigan actually gets called because they are always a step behind due to lack of quicks and not from any ref malfunction.

Some no calls have happened on both ends today. My point being that people on here always complain about the foul difference, and how it's usually in the other team's favor, and I argue lack of athleticism and style of play are usually the cause of this. Not to mention that today these refs are doing a good job, but people still complain about every call against M, but never question calls they get, which is hypocritical and annoying as fuck. And it happens every damn game, regardless of ref or outcome. I wish people would just watch, cheer for the team, and stop acting like the refs have it out for M, or they're all incompetent. I understand every fan base does this, but ours seems an especially whiny bunch.

It's possible to criticize the refs on both ends, as many people did below.  There were several borderline calls, but they weren't at even periods.  The first half of the first half was the "Tennessee can do no wrong" version of the refs.  With about 8:00 minutes left, suddenly Tennessee couldn't get a call to save their life.

Our best talent is all first time NCAA tourney players.  They seem to play nervous early in the game.  No disrespect to Stu and Z-No, but once our guys can all settle in a bit, I think we'll be there in the end winning or with the opportunity to win.

Get to half w/in striking distance.  Update:  24-23 Michigan with its first lead.

you asked me a question, and then answered on my behalf - with another question.  Then you drew a conclusion that doesn't appear to comport with your line of questions and anticipated responses (if I don't want to hang out on RCMB, then I should not be here - I don't understand that; where should I be based on my alleged attitude towards RCMB then?).

FWIW (which is to say, little) I usually allow my interlocutor to answer on his or her own behalf.  Moreover, when I answer a question, I try to be strong and affirmative with it, as opposed to answering in an uncertain interrogatory tone.  Just a comparison.

Everybody has their manner I suppose.  But for the reasons set out above, I have a hard time understanding your manner.  (Again, FWIW).
