It's not the ref's fault that Michigan can't play defense and they are playing with zero composure on offense. If Michigan was doing what they should be doing, this game wouldn't be anywhere close enough for the refs to be a factor.

I'm not even sure what's happening right now besides the fact our defense is so atrociously bad that it defies description. I'm not sure if you know your NCAA history, but high seeds with shit defenses traditionally don't do well.
Our perimeter players can't stay in front of their men on defense. It's pick-and-roll, followed by a kick to a wide open shooter. Or a wing pass, followed by a blow-by and then either a foul or kick for another open 3.
This team doesn't deserve to win this game.
Refs have been bad, but come on, they haven't coughed up that 15 point lead.

An open three from a good shooter has a better effective fg percentage than anything that isn't a layup, I'm not going to criticize that

Stop bitching about refs, this team plays straight up garbage defense and its time to acknowledge we aren't winning anything this year. Yeah we can and probably will win this game but we aren't going to win the big ten regular season or tourny title and will get bounced by the first good frontcourt we see in the ncaa tourny. It sucks because we should be better than this and there is no reason our defense should be this bad.

It isn't high road bullshit, the refs weren't good but we gave up 82 points to the worst team in the big ten, thats embarrasing and I don't give a fuck what the refs did. This loss is embarassing and is highlighting the fact that this team just doesn't have what it tkaes for whaterver reason to play the defense necessary to really win anything of note this year.

Belien is really not coaching well this game. This is a massive dissapointment. Turnovers are unacceptable and we are committing a ton of them. If I'm a Michigan opponent.....I simply apply ball pressure everywhere after watching this tape. If your up 15 you do not lose that type of lead against Penn State.
