MBB Postseason uniformz?
So, adidas released their usual line of terrible uniformz for the postseason.
Michigan was not included in the graphic that consisted of template jerseys with the secondary colors of schools being on the shoulder straps of the jersey if you will-
However, this afternoon I got an alert that something new popped up in the MDen new arrivals section.
Adidas University of Michigan Basketball '16 Made In March Navy #23 Jersey
There are small tweaks to the jersey. The regular road jeseys from this year-
Judging by the terrible shorts shown above, I wonder what those will look like.
Let's hope we're wearing them in a game that matters.
...and the problem hasn't necessarily been the jersey as much as it's been the shorts.

That's what I do.
Anything that gets rid of this season's unis as fast as possible is good with me.
On some of the unis above, unfortunately
Except for Indiana. If the school says no, Adidas can't force you to wear them. I remember reading in Endzone that some of the alternate unis were Dave Brandon's idea.
Adidas is rocking it!!
Jumpman cannot get here soon enough.
I need the shoes in a Michigan version. Hope Nike does them again this August.

I can think of no reason why an adult would ever wear these shoes in a public place. Not even a basketball court.
That's because you look down your nose at everyone who doesn't like what you do and you feel the need to make snooty remarks at the interests of others.
Everyone is different. Everyone has their own style. Accept this.
are the peak of high fashion....
Those Nike Frees are comfortable and great for working out, there's a couple reasons for ya.
And trainers aren't for playing basketball, so don't worry you probably won't have to see them on the court.

Good riddance, Adidas. I'm liquidating my kids' college funds in August to buy Jumpman Michigan gear.

Adidas is truly remarkably awful.

I finally ended up buying the Adidas Harbaugh hat (they were 50% off at Fanatic U) and it will probably be the last Adidas gear I'll ever buy. I was thinking about getting the Harbaugh sweathshirt, but it was $75 and had the stupid BWW logo on the sleeve.
I'm guessing street clothes in front of a TV unless they win their last game.
As the only time they'll be worn is during a shitty time slot for the NIT. We'll undoubtedly lose badly, and I won't have the stomach to watch the DVR. As the saying goes...if no-one sees it it never actually happened.
Now...if the jumpman gear can somehow help the team pull it's collective head out of it's ass next year, we'll be on to something!
All I can say is that NC State's uniform as depicted reminds me a bit of the Command division uniforms for Star Trek: The Next Generation. I suppose they could spruce it up with a communicator and some rank insignia, but then the top would sag and look awkward.
Also, it could be just me, but the UCLA uniform has a late 1970s "these colors don't work together, but whatever" uniform vibe.

The jersey is the same style scheme as Indiana, Maize piping on the sleeves and collar only just like the white on Indianas. Hopefully our shorts will be the same style as Indiana as well, solid blue with only the bottom inch maize.
Anything is better than the tire tracks...
Charlie Brown got to design Nebraska's short. He's becoming more versatile these days.
Are we going to be lucky enough to keep the "run over by a truck" shorts? I'm so very fond of the tire track around the shorts.
