MBB: Louisville vs. Minnesota / CFB: UCF vs. Tulsa (OPEN) Thread

Not a bad Friday night of college sports...the basketball game, Pitino vs. Pitino should be very good. Minnesota is better than advertised and L'ville is L'ville. Then of course, you can't ever go wrong with college football.

Good night for relaxing and watching some college sports!

When I was watching Boise St. earlier this year I couldn't figure out why Nick Patti wasn't starting...now I know. He's at UCF. It's crazy to me that he's not starting. He was on Michigan's radar at one point.

they look very good so far in the first half. They play tenacious defense, and Harrell is an absolute beast on the boards and gets fouled very frequently.

(I've got MSU as a 5/6 seed and Michigan as a 7 seed along with Nebraska. I've got Minnesota as a 9, Iowa as a 10/11 and Maryland also all IN the tournament as a play-in 12 seed. Won't be a banner year for the B1G, but we'll get a number of teams in and make some noise for sure. By the way, that 7 seed Michigan team? I see them struggling early, developing and heading into the tournament hot and I think we upset the #2 seed VCU or Wichita St.)

They always seem to struggle with someone crappy early on  but ultimately pull it out, then come tournament time theyre fine. We'll see if that's the same this year
