MBB: Full(ish) Roster Expected for Wisconsin Game

Submitted by Sports on

Apparently the full roster will be ready to go for the Wisco game (with the obvious exceptions of Levert and Wilson). Doyle and Spike picked a good time to get healthy...While it may not swing the game, it should make things far more interesting than they would have been otherwise.

for the biggest home game of the season does not mean that the full roster (minus LeVert and Wilson) will be "healthy" for the game. Still, if we can get two halves out of Doyle, that would be a great improvement.

EDIT: Allow me to add that I'm still irrationally optimistic about tomorrow's game.

Like us in this game. I don't think Kaminsky is a guy who really overwhelms you with brute strength, and our parameter athleticism will give them some issues. I'm sorry, I am selling Wisconsin right now. I think this should by a contest throughout.

I'm sorry but...no.  Your blind homerism is in the way of the fact that we will get utterly dominated tomorrow night.  Seriously, they can shoot lights out and they can pwn us on inside presence.  We cannot compete with Wisconsin this year (let alone the fact we're without Caris).

The key is defense. When Michigan plays good D which the have for most of the year it becomes anyone's game. At home I have to believe that gives us the advantage. Oh and death to backboards

Even with a full(ish) roster, I just don't see any way that we hold them under 1.3 PPP.  But nevermind the final score; if we can string together just three consecutive offensive possessions featuring crisp, purposeful ball movement, then I will be giddy with the thrill of moral victory.

Michigan is going to have to break out of its 14 game shooting slump to win. Michigan has been getting open looks from 3. Time to start knocking them down.
