MBB: 5*C Mo Bamba: "Michigan is Still Involved"

Submitted by BursleyHall82 on

Five-star C Mohamed Bamba, the No. 2 player in the country, talked to reporters after his game last night and gave a final four of Duke, Kentucky, Texas ... and Michigan. Bamba took an official here in the fall.

"Michigan is still involved," he said.

I'm not getting my hopes up, but I'd say our chances are better than Jim Carrey in Dumb & Dumber.

I was excited . Then i saw you were talking about basketball. and my excitement went away . Wish we could separate the sports discussion on these boards. Maybe color code them

Our best players are Wagner and Wilson. If we got this kid would one of these 3 always be on the bench or would we adapt to something where our 3 best players could all be on the floor together?

This is ridiculous. Wilson is 6'11, averages 6 and a half rebounds per game, 1.8 blocks per game, more than 10 points per game, and is shooting close to 50% on his threes in league play. But yeah, he's not a starter for a single good team. The fuck outta here with this garbage

This just makes me sad. Being good at basketball again was so much fun. The fact that we couldn't turn that run into a stepping stone to the next level or even just ride it for a few more years really blows. Oh well at least Harbaugh...

9'6" standing reach is ridiculous. I'm going to be disappointed to not get him, but he seems like a pretty raw player who's going to go to the NBA after one year, so maybe my disappointment will be limited.
