Maybe this will make people feel a little bit better ...

I meant to post this earlier, but just now got around to it.  I just had to get it ... so far my car has not been damaged here in Columbus!  A few fans noticed it at the game yesterday and made me feel it was worth the risk :)

Awesome plate, but I have to ask - what drove you to the X6 over an M6?  Sweet ride but I'm all for trading the utility for some pure German awesomeness.

Awesome, I saw your car in line once trying to get on US-23 and said to my friend "that guy has balls" nice work. I'm pretty sure we could start a relief effort on here if your car were to be vandalized.

I dont' know about the wisdom of putting it on your BMW. Someone will eventually get it and it'll be curtains for that fine machine of yours.

I recommend putting it on a beat up pickup or a 1960s muscle car beater.  That way you'll get the attention and the veee-hicle will be better able to withstand the onslaught of Buckeye outrage.  Just like Dalton's car in Roadhouse.

The stages of identication and response will be as follows:

1. Buckeye sounding out the syllables and the alphanumerics

2. Perplexity, confusion

3. Re-sounding out the syllables.

4. Walks away

5. Self-calculation: "Ha, must mean Germany"...or...."Heh, must mean Michigan".

6. Turns around to read again

7. Realizes wwner doesn't mean Michi....."Hey!!!! G'dammit!"

8. "Where's my crowbar, spray paint and box 'er matches!?"

9. Flames

10. "That'll learn those Wolverweenies"

11. Ohio police show up to report on charred chassis.

to hear people from Ohio try to figure this out, and I'd also like to be there when the guy behind you's lightbulb finally goes off (probably hours later)

Shirt seen at the game yesterday

Well freaking done.  The bar has been raised.  Wearing my Worst State Ever tee shirt in Chicago pales in comparison to rocking that plate in Ohio.  Love it.
