Marlin Jackson out for season
Didn't see this anywhere...Colts and former U of M CB Marlin Jackson out for the season with a torn ACL.

Being a Texan fan, I'm sorry for him, but not sorry for the Colts. We play them twice in the next 4 weeks.

I'm also a Texans fan and I'm sorry you've had to endure the pain that I have the last ~ 5 years.

I'm glad to hear they play the Colts 2 times in 4 weeks.

Does it really matter who the Texans are playing when you have Andre Johnson? I'm just glad his bruised lung turned out alright.
As a former Owen Daniels owner, I'm sad regardless. OD was tearing it up before the knee injury.

and was rewarded with his zero points. But Ryan Moats filled in admirably.

Not sure how much I'm able to say other than agreed. Damn working for the Texans, except not damn at all.
OT: I'm watching sports center. Mike Leach is in studio. I swear he's wearing make up.

Probably my favorite Michigan defender to watch growing up along with Leon Hall. Can he come back an play still? He will probably still be able to start in our bend but don't melt swiss cheese secondary. Hate to sound negative, just thought it was a good analogy to throw out there.

I believe Hart tore his first year and now
Marlin
Best Luck to Marlin in the recovery process

He has only played a little bit for us this year, not a huge lost. This is twice in two years he is going to need season ending surgery on his knee.

the end of his career. I wonder how many knee surguries his body can handle... Jacob Lacey (undrafted free agent) has been starting the last few games, and he has many deflections and two picks. Marlon saw some time at the nickle spot this year, but the Colts really haven't gotten a contribution from him for two years now.
If I had WR's playing against the Colts, I would be worried. They gave up the fewest TD passes in NFL history last year, and they are on pace to do it again. They are bad against the run although this year they have improved, so maybe think about Ryan Moats if you have a deep starting roster.
Did anyone see that Mike Hart almost got a carry last week? He was seconds away, and then a 49er started cramping up. During the timeout, Addai came back in and ran the ball instead of Mike. I can't wait to see my favorite Michigan player really get a shot in the NFL. Who knows how he will be after his knee surgery last year.

On a better note, Jamar Adams was moved from the practice squad to the Seahawks Roster.

I always thought Marlin would be a stud CB in the NFL. He's got a few more years to see what happens. Would be great for him to hit it big.
