Mario Manningham to visit 49ers
Also not mentioned in the article he plans to workout with them on Saturday.
espn rumors also says it basically between Bills, 49ers and Dolphins.
I hope he goes to SF. The typical NFL career is too short to choose a team that isn't winning when you can play for one that is not only winning, but coached by a fellow alum of your alma mater.
but I doubt too many players classify winning a super bowl as "a team that isn't winning."
EDIT: Crap I just saw the other teams he was looking at (not the Giants). Ignore.
i cant stand how they made it to the Super bowl. Even if they did i would not expect them to win against the Patriots And the last throw to the endzone that guy could have gotten

He has two working eyes and the Niners need a receiver.
We've been resigned to the fact that he'd be gone since the season ended. He's our #3 but he'll get #1 WR money on the open market. He was a great luxury to have while we had him.
and be the Lions #2 or #3 WR.
Book it.
/i kid
Why would he work out with them?
It's impossible to over-post the caring continuum. Way too many people still fuck it up

i can not belive we lost to Ohio State University even though we beat them before!
Chad Henne signed with the Jaguars
WR could potentially be a position of strength now for the 49ers. Or it could still struggle. If Randy Moss can be a solid #1 receiver - doesn't have to be his former self, just something similar - then Manningham could thrive. I don't think Mario can be a #1 guy in the NFL though so he would greatly benefit from a quality Moss.
But he may get stuck there as well - Davis, Moss, Crabtree may take away his targets
He would wanna live in California (i.e. medical marijuana).

What has Moss been accused of now? That guy is always in trouble!

I accuse him of not vetting his comment.
he wants to go and catch passes from alex smith. that's about good for 1 accurate pass and catch per game, id say
suddenly he'll be missing all the production he got in new york.
