The better FT shooting team just missed more. But they got there when you weren't rooting for them. Though State missed 5. Just not 7.

But why does it seem like State gets every lucky break late in close games? 87% FT shooter bricks two in a row to tie the game....nice defensive play by UNI bounces right back into Lucious's hands and he makes the GW basket....ball down low bounces perfectly to a wide open Allen. Meh.

There was a small window of time once, where I would've CONSIDERED slightly pulling for State, due to my Mother being an Alumna. For the record, I've always hated them, their team, their student body, and their shitty campus with a passion.
But after the last two years, with their bravado, I hope every team they play destroys them. It will be no different on Sunday; I hope Tennessee ends their season and shuts them up.
Lucky bastards. That "pulling for the Big Ten shit" is such a cop-out.
