I have this opinion, which isn't worth a warm glass of spit, that March should be the end of snow. Cut off, done, no more. March is a spring month. Obviously living in Michigan I'm just slamming into brick walls here. Of course, just to spite me, the very first day of March and a snow storm is on the way.
Hence my theory that we should repeat a month one year and align the weather correctly.
Could not agree more. We had a pretty decent snow storm last night after a weekend in the 50's. I actually wanted to cry.
I don't mind the seasons, but the cold gray winter is just too long.
The worst part of a Michigan winter is not January or February. Those are winter months and you expect it to be winter.
The worst part is March. You are ready for spring . . . and it just won't come.
If I could compress the period between Valentines Day and St. Patricks Day, I'd be OK. You wake up on Feb 15th and the weather is like March 18th. Let Sping take over from there.

Winter is coming again....still, for some of us.
March is here... and the kids have a snow day. lol
so we drove to school only to find out that school was cancelled because of the forecast. Oh well. In like a lion....
