Manny Fresh Goes Undrafted
So Manny Sims went undrafted tonight....thoughts? I personally would have liked to see him at UM for another season, but that is just me.
Anyone who knew anything about basketball knew this was happening halfway through the season. Undersized, short arms, super awkward jumpshot... no amount of quickness makes you successful in the NBA with those weaknesses.

Nope, you got it right. I would hope someone posting on MGoBlog for over a year would know the name of the best basketball player on our team for the past 3 years.
... you don't make as much there as you can in the ACC or Big East. Or on any team that John Calipari coaches.
The best observation above was the point about draft stock not rising beyond a certain point. A radio commentator said that this morning. Unless you are a top half first -rounder, the longer you stay in college, the more your skills (or lack thereof) are exposed.
And there are the phenoms coming along every year or so to take up the few available early slots.
Considering he hired an agent, I don't think he can come back to college. Maybe go to Europe or the development league?
...can work for his agent? I am sure he can pour a good cup of coffee and answer phones. OR maybe he'll hook up with Petway in the D league because that's where he most likely is headed.
stupid mistake on his part, now he has no degree and no job....Maybe he can go play for the NBDL team in Sioux Falls.
