Such a deal,  $4 for one t-shirt, $8 for two t-shirts, $20 for eight t-shirts, $40 for ten t-shirts, $200 for fifty t-shirts.

Risks & Challenges

  • You are not guaranteed to get a shirt if you support this project. Shirts will be distributed to student section ticket holders on game day up to 1 hour before kickoff on a first-come, first-served basis. At that time, shirts will be available to any ticket holder.
  • A maximum of 2 shirts will be given to any student ticket holder up to 1 hour before kickoff.

I'm preparing to get ripped on this, but this is just beyond stupid.  There's no reason people need to spend $40,000 for the students to get specially made shirts to protest Brandon.  If you want to protest either show up to the game, or wear a different color.  People have talked about wearing orange or red.

My point here is that $40,000 could go to a LOT better causes than this.  I know one could argue that same about general football expenses, but when things like other colored shirts are readily available, I don't get this.

I feel like the students are going to rally behind this team, and will find a way to come in full force and make a statement to DB for the night game and it will be the only time all season the student section is sold out to capacity.

They know that the media will be on then after the "Fire Brandon Rally" yesterday.
