M Softball schedule released; Return of B1G Tourney, 3 game series

Michigan will play nebraska in B1G conference play for the first time ever, will play northwestern for the first time in two seasons. Also the B1G Tournament makes a return.

I started searching around the midwest for softball schedules, and Northwestern announces their "tough" schedule this season. It's frontloaded with a lot of great teams during the tournament part of their season, and then they don't leave the 312 area code for a huge portion of the rest of their season. They're usually good, and should be this year, just a schedule observation.
Also, Iowa and Wisconsin have an OOC game scheduled in Louisville. Interesting.

I like the way our schedule sets up - a steady progression up the difficulty scale in the non-conf portion. Hopefully I'll be able to make it back for a few games again this year. Being in town for the B10 title clinchers against Purdue last year was a blast.
