ESPN can't televise everything.

Michigan played on AXS TV when it was still called HDNET back in 2010-11 against Syracuse and UTEP in the Legends Classic.

Comcast definitely has the channel. Not sure about any other providers.

Comcast does have it in SE Michigan on the HD tier of channels - it's 382 in Wayne County, simulcast on 1422 because they seem to enjoy making me pay for rarely-viewed channels twice sometimes. Not sure about other portions of the metro area, but you can definitely get it on the major cable providers.
