For those of you watching football tonight, this is the game on ESPN. If you're like me, this game is also how you plan to finish out a nice weekend because football.
things go poorly
I laugh a little inside when I see Bobby Petrino.
Man...I kinda feel bad for Golden. He seems like a decent guy but just cant do squat at miami.
They regularly have good recruiting classes which turn into good NFL classes, but somehow they've just made up bad teams for the better part of the last decade. Seems like a good coach would be able to turn them into a national title contender quickly but many have failed
I have to think that part of it is the rabid indifference of their fans. Or at least of their fans within plausible distance of attending a game.
but if he doesn't have a good year I think he's gone
I'd been waiting all day for a new poll that hasn't materialized. Instead of whinging over the new rankings, I'm just going to go eat lemons.
Louisville's TD drive was almost Big Ten in its development and pace. They took six minutes or so off the clock doing the following:
- Rush for 3 yards
- Rush for 6 yards
- Rush for 2 yards
- Pass for 8 yards
- Pass for 21 yards
- Run for 5 yards
- Pass for 10 yards
- Pass for 9 yards
- Run for 10 yards
- Run for 6 yards
- Run for 2 yards
Then, of course, a pass into the end zone for a TD.
Miami's DLine seems like they are standing straight up and getting blown off the ball on almost every play so far.
It looks like Texas Tech vs Oregon.
Louisville's colors are in fact red and black. So it is fitting
Thought the same thing between the uniforms and their both displaying some speed.
Just because it's my favorite one.
This thread is pretty OT as it's obviously lemon season.
So far I am not impressed with either team. Qbs are making mistakes but it's still early in the game.
Well, thats twice now in this game that somone has fielded a punt inside their own 5 yard line. Football IQ seems to be lacking in the return game.
This is a rematch from the Citrus Bowl where Louisville buried Miami 36-9.
remember Louisville had Bridgewater.
Those helmetz O_o
could use some of that KO return candy.
I think Peppers will provide in due time.
Louisville D is playing inspired.
Seriously though....who at ESPN thinks Pollack/Palmer are any good at this job?
Rece Davis deserves so much better than working with those two guys.
Palmer is actually good, so I disagree with you there. Pollack...meh.
Miami is 0-6 on third downs must be better in the second half to keep it a game
How can you guys watch football when Jennifer Lawrence's butthole just showed up on the web?
Oh my. +1, Hilarious.
(I guess I have to announce my disdain for stealing people's privacy and make understood my liking this comment does not equate to me being okay with what happened)
Soo not to get into a debate about the topic but I sure hope those Redskins commercials aren't part of most/all broadcasts for the foreseeable future, especially during non-Redskin/NFL games.
Its actually started to spread into the Military now. The Army and AF have to change the names of all their Helo's.
That is so disrespectful. Soon the great Indian heritage will be forgotten by most.
Michael Dyer is still in school? Feels like he has been in school for 7 yrs now.
Does any one remember the good ole days when Miami was YTM ?
