Celebrate with our brethren! We are on to the championship game!

The Aaron Craft Fumble of Leadership!
You still "ALL IN WITH THAD MATTA, MAN"??
Aaron's Air Ball.
Below is Matta just a couple minutes later, the intestinal distress of that slippery flubbery having caused Matta to rush outside in search of the nearest cooler.
Can someone find this man some Immodium A.D. before he soils someone else's party?
Yikes, those were some serious stone hands coated in melted butter.
If you had scone hands coated in melted butter, would you eat your own hands?
I know I would. Heck, I'd have seconds!
I'd smother them with brown mustard and relish.......they'd be soooo delicious!!!
Have you gained weight?!
I'd wash em down with a tall cool Budweiser.
Hey WHAT'S goin on?!?!
Just say yes and we'll move on...
Sorta like when Homer Simpson's head was turned into a donut? That probably wasn't going to end well...
It wasn't butter, but pancake batter. Poor little guy was hungry.
GR3 was elevating, hands get slippery when you start seeing yourself on a poster
The crowd leaving is the best
Has a great compilation of Craft fails and follies.
He wins the game for them - or he LOSES for them. WOOOOOO!
He pulled a Tommy Rees:
If he weren't a Buckeye I might actually feel a little sorry for him. But I don't. Go Blue!!!
He gets away with grabbing and holding and elbows more than any other player in the country.
It's only fair that if he's going to avoid those calls...he has the shot of a 90 year old woman.
Not to mention the constant bitching. Apparently he has never ever committed a foul.
But he's got GRIT!!
And rosy cheeks.
The constant dry humping that's never called.
Internet Award goes to the first person to post a gif of "lol Craft"
WHERE IS THE GIF
That was one of the best things I've ever seen.
It was only fair.
I hope J-Mo's career ends with taking a game winning charge in the championship game.
Personally I hope j-mo hits the game winning shot so early that it requires a little research to find the game winning shot.
He got wrecked so hard on the last play, and he knows it. I see it in his eyes.
Craft really seemed to lack confidence today. And I'm glad.
Yeah. Michigan was daring him to shoot from 3 all game and he wouldn't do it. I can only remember him taking two. Any confidence at all and he could have taken that shot whenever he touched the ball.
The box score says he was 1 for 2 from 3-range and I'm pretty sure he missed one other, so I guess they didn't count his last-second fumble as one.
Both I his attempts I yelled out (at the blue tractor) let him shoot it. I also begged he'd be trusted with the ball on the last "shot" and was very happy with the outcome.
WOW! What a way to end a game. Imagine if Aaron Craft didn't coat his hands in butter before the end. That was ridiculously funny!
how do i insert a gif, i have it
Click on the image button, it's on the far right of the top of the reply box.
thanks lol. I was thinking a video insert not a gif. Too excited.
for a long long time in both Michigan and Ohio.
dropped the ball on that one.
Dont overlook the 2 missed ft's.
He just wasnt gritty enough.
But I though the ball knows?
It's always nice to see that Craft's been practicing that three point shot.
I'll always remember Craft this way. Could not have scripted a better ending.
So what was the most awful call against us? Morgan's 5th foul where his arm got yanked, the no-call when Levert got popped in the face or LeVert's horseshit travel?
Or does it even matter BECAUSE WE SWEPT OHIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
needed a tackier ball. And more blush
He should've passed it to the man.
IS BLAMING AARON CRAFT'S MISS ON THE BASKETBALL...oh Gottlieb, what a prick.
That was just Gottlieb. Even Kellogg thought that was bullshit.
Holy shit, who's watching the post-game?
Doug Gottlieb is giving a live, hands-on explaination of how it was the Spalding basketball and its lack of tackiness that forced the ball to slip from Craft's hands.
You can't make this shit up.
Without Trey around his nemesis merely faded into the sunset. What a great way to see Ohio and Craft go away and FINALLY end his B1G career.
blaming it on the ball!
Clark Kellog didn't buy it.
edit: apparently we all saw that. He must train in the Tomm Izzo school of excuses.
A OSU grad almost started laughing.
Here is a link to Craft's whiff, I dont know how to insert into the post. damnit
EDIT: figured out
This must always be upvoted and inserted into any thread regarding Ohio basketball, it has been decided!
That was a great pass to #10! He missed it!
It looks like his right hand forgot what to do.
Goodbye, Aaron. Goodbye.
Shot put from the chest for the tie..... just a little short.
Ohio was better with him on the bench. When refs actually call half of his thuggery he's pretty useless.
I've never seen refs come close to calling half of his fouls
Just figured out how to do it.
You sir are fast with the gif tools
A GREAT block by tacopants.
AIRBALL! AIRBALL! AIRBALL!
What a pleasant, enjoyable chuckle this instilled in me
That was the grittiest, toughest, manliest fumble of a three point shot EVER. All hail Aaron Craft. All hail his amazing determination and hustle.
Too bad he sucks at basketball........
CBS commentators saying it was a new ball that wasn't tacky enough that caused Craft to lost the ball.
So Craft has a sure hand with tacky balls?
Right now one of the anchors is trying to explain how the new basketballs they use in the BTT aren't as worn-in and tacky as they need to be, and that's why it's not necessarily the player's fault.
The other anchors are not convinced.
2 games won by a total of 4 points and I feel great!
Craft is Karl Malone in John Stockton's clothing.
BREAKING: THE BALL WAS TOO TACKY - CBS SPORTS
Not tacky enough!
It would be unjust for their team, finally healthy and not weird, to have a tacky ball.
I beg to differ
shortest airball in basketball history. congrats craft.
Nothing could be sweeter than seeing him lose the game for Ohio like that.
Craft forgot the ball
He's just trying to make sure he's playing with maximum grit and reach into the toughness zone.
I had to turn the game off until I knew the outcome after Harlan, Anthony and Kerr, went on thier minute and a half Craft "The Hack" love fest, talking about how he is so good because "he doesn't use his hands" and is so strong with his lower body - GTFO - never seen anybody who should get called for more fouls than him.
I am just glad I will not have to see him in B1G play anymore, because there is nothing more frustrating than to hear "experts" talk about how he does not use his hands and doesn't foul, while on the screen you are watching him either literally tackle a guy OR more frequently - have both his arms extended and hands on the offensive player, impeding the offensive players progress. I mean the kid should foul out of pick-up games.
Good luck to him after the tourney is over, but I am so glad he's gone -
- Go Blue ][\/][
To think, if they had rightfully called the charge on him late we would be without his amazing gif forever. I for one think the universe got it right this time.
Ball don't lie.
GRIII was going to block that 3 anyway...it wasn't even close.
The game slipped away from ohio in a butterfingerly delightful fashion.
Doug Gottlieb just blamed it on the ball! - It wasn't tacky enough
They must have switched the ball out before Spike's last free throw, because I don't remember anything quite like that earlier in the game. But yeah, Doug, I'm sure that was Craft's issue.
As Rasheed Wallace said: UNTACKY BALL DON'T LIE
so we should all bang!
Holy Schnikeys best 3pt f*%# up EVAH! Suck on it Craft
Gottlieb just blamed the kind of ball they were using. Not kidding.
Celebrate his elimination.
This feels AWESOME!!!!!
Poor Craft. Tacky balls.
I'm sure the other is fine.
It's not cool to hate on a player from another team for losing a game.
Go blue! Good win today guys!
To play defense.
My favorite posts are those like yours...Member for 5-6 years, never post but THREE times and when you do, it's the above! Well done.
getting reaquainted with THAT kind of feeling again...
Doesn't it just give everyone warm fuzzies??!
That was pretty impressive.
"With the eighth pick in the 2014 NBA draft, the Detroit Pistons select...."
". . . Hingle McCringleberry!"
Too bad we have to face him for like 6 more years since Kraft has eternal eligibility
When Stauskas took it up, all the way down and back up for the sweetest up and under layup since MJ.
Big ups to the refs for calling him on 4 of his fouls today.
I particularly appreciated them nailing him for that bullshit play he does where he flies across the guy on the fast break and intentionally and dangerously nails the guy in the legs with his lower body.
That is so freaking dirty. Too bad they didn't notice McDonald's bullcrap down low.
This could be my new favorite thing.
Big props to Caris for increasing his vertical by about a foot both today and yesterday in critical moments for huge rebounds.
It's call WILL.
First day with your new hands?
And will have never been seen again.
Crafts favorite candy bar????
You got it, Butterfinger!!! Zing
Give him a break guys. He's a great defender. So good, in fact, that he blocks his OWN shots.
I dislike Ohio as much as anyone but to celebrate a young man's failure isn't right. Let's all remember these aren't professionals, but student athletes.
Great win for Michigan, Go Blue!
I appreciate this sentiment, but Craft has gotten an undeserved run for the past few years as a gritty over achiever. Folks are kind of tired of the act.
we are just joking. Any other miss by any player lost the game for them, too. He's a good player and it was actually a pretty funny play. Happens to everyone. Think Will Hagerup's face...
It's all in good fun. Great win no matter what, Go Blue!
Such a gritty play to just drop the ball in a critical situation. Clutch as always.
That's why no one made a 3 all day. /s
Guaranteed if Izzo heard Gottlieb talking about a slippery ball... he uses that excuse at some point.
Craft must be the least clutch "star" player in documented history. So many fails in game deciding situations.
"There are ways to influence a game without scoring." Yes indeed Aaron, yes indeed.
"the ball didn't slip; I just thought the basket was two feet away"
"i knew i shouldn't have eaten that popcorn during the last timeout"
"i am not aaron craft; that's him over there"
"i was anticipating a gravitional shift that did not occur"
"if i had shot it, i would have missed by a mile anyway"
Little too much grit on the ball apparently.
It was so so funny that we didn't even go to guard Craft a few times when he was wide open. The CBS commentators even noted as much, and sure enough he bricked everything. Ohio State was better with him on the bench and the fact that the last shot was him bobbling the ball was almost too good for my heart to bear
His failure is delicious. Go Blue!
If I was you guys I'd be happy he came back in the game.
There were a few comments as such in the game thread.
because we expected to build on the lead with Craft gone but OSU went on a tear while he was out. As soon as he came back in, we started to chip away until we won
We are, clearly.
Reminded me of Tommy Reese.
Similar type of person.
That's what I get for opting for most recent first.
this one feels good
Aaron Crafts last shot looks like my tee shot
All that grit on his hands couldn't hold on to the ball.
Bang em if ya got em.
Could be happier for craft
Craft will have to live the rest of his days knowing that not only did Michigan beat Ohio twice his senior year, but for completely blowing the last shot of his Big Ten career.
Regardless, I wish him well. He gave all that he had for four years and if he had been on a team other than Ohio, I might actually like him.
thanks to his 4-year career at OSU, we got Trey Burke!
on the shot was, GRIII feeding him a Spalding Sandwich on that shot would have been just as epic.
Could that even be labeled a shot attempt?
ALL HAIL AIR-CRAFT.
Derrick Walton on XM radio
He came through in the nick of time!
Craft...not so much
Craft. What a block.
Bob Cousy award?
For that LOL I will always be thankful
It looked like this, and for OSU, it may have felt like this probably did...
I see it!
I've watched a lot of basketball, but WTF was Craft doing. I guess that shit happens when you've been on a team for like 12 years or something
Once again Craft chokes
Football will always be the be-all-end-all and we nearly got that one
Vs the Buckeyes:
Not bad at all
I couldn't help but think of Rasheed saying that when Craft missed the free throw with two minutes left.
I don't know if we can beat osu next year. Craft is going to be 30 years old next year and just entering his prime.
Think he made a mid-air realization that grIII was going to block the shot with his elbows. Then he panicked, tried to switch to a pass, and hilarity ensued.
He changed his plan when he saw GR III had him covered.
If Morgan had the calls the refs give Craft, and vice-versa, Morgan would have been conference Defensive Player of the Year.
had to work today, just finished watching the game on the DVR. so all I can say is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Go Blue!!!!!
That game could not have ended any better. Thanks for the laugh Craft.
But due to the fact Craft didn't get a shot off, this instance was funnier than his airball. Craft YOU SUCK!!!!
How does one save and repost a gif. This made my day. I never laugher harder at a terrible basketball play.
oops i craft my pants (not mine but lol)
oops i craft my pants (not mine but lol)
