Listening/Watching the Game Online

I am stuck at the office on a saturday getting some stuff done...Last time this happened I remember for some reason I could not find a good place online to listen/watch the game.

Links/Advice would be much appreciated!

I love firstrowsports.com. I'm able to stream it on my iPhone or iPad as well as my computer. It works very well

but there is a web browser that you can buy called Skyfire which plays flash videos. I bought i both for my iPhone and iPad and it works pretty well.
