Listening to the game

Submitted by Tate on
Hey all, hope you're enjoying your Friday (Pi day). I am traveling along the east coast all day and need some help with listening to the game. Is there any mobile site available for streaming? Or an app I can download? Just wanna find the easiest way to listen along.

Thank you very much and apologies if this isn't thread worthy. Happy Friday!

Maybe they don't do this anymore but I used to get the audio streams from mgoblue.com under the event where they list the channels and whatnot. You may also be able to find it by using the iheartradio app and then searching for the local Detroit station that will be airing the game. Good luck and Go Blue!

The game is on ESPN, so if your cable/satellite/fios package includes ESPN, you can stream it on the watchESPN app. I do that all the time on my smartphone. If I'm driving I play the app over my car audio system.

I think you're able to listen to the live radio stream on mgoblue.com, but I've only ever done that on my laptop.

Just a backup option to try on your phone if you can't find a radio station. But I suppose too it'll depend on how good your radio connection is.

I've used it to listen to regular season games over my iPhone.  Don't know if they will have the audio feed for today's game.  You could also try the ESPN Radio App.

not sure exactly what the subscription model is these days, but it works pretty well.....I know, I built it....or managed the building of it anyway ;)

They used to have a free trial to start off, not sure if that is still the case.

I'm trying to listen to the feed from the web (not the app), and there's currently no feed. Can't use ESPN because that's blocked at work.
