You can search for sports by team name and should be able to find a stream for the game that way.
Listening to the game
Thank you very much and apologies if this isn't thread worthy. Happy Friday!
I used this at work yesterday. Probably an app as well.
Maybe they don't do this anymore but I used to get the audio streams from mgoblue.com under the event where they list the channels and whatnot. You may also be able to find it by using the iheartradio app and then searching for the local Detroit station that will be airing the game. Good luck and Go Blue!
I did this while driving during the UM-MSU game. It worked pretty well streaming from my iPhone.
The game is on ESPN, so if your cable/satellite/fios package includes ESPN, you can stream it on the watchESPN app. I do that all the time on my smartphone. If I'm driving I play the app over my car audio system.
This is what I have done and it works great, BTN app has been great for me also.
I just installed that crappy app again and it still doesn't list Dish as a provider. I'll also uninstall it again. At least BTN2GO lists all the providers.
XM91 for those of you with satellite radio.
Is Rick Mahorn shittastic as a radio color announcer. Painful, man.
I think you're able to listen to the live radio stream on mgoblue.com, but I've only ever done that on my laptop.
Just a backup option to try on your phone if you can't find a radio station. But I suppose too it'll depend on how good your radio connection is.
Thanks everyone! I appreciate the quick responses.
I've used it to listen to regular season games over my iPhone. Don't know if they will have the audio feed for today's game. You could also try the ESPN Radio App.
not sure exactly what the subscription model is these days, but it works pretty well.....I know, I built it....or managed the building of it anyway ;)
They used to have a free trial to start off, not sure if that is still the case.
but I didn't want to make this its own post.
I wouldn't gloat too much. You do know that Jeff Meyer ruined their program, don't you?
I'm trying to listen to the feed from the web (not the app), and there's currently no feed. Can't use ESPN because that's blocked at work.
