Both coaches are angry. angry men.
Has been a weird day, with the Ravens, Pats, Cowboys losing, and the Giants barely hanging on for dear life against a bad TB team.
49ers may be the best team in the NFC....

Are they really?

if you watch really closely (at the end), you can see old Jimmy H. try to pull a purple nurple on Schwartz, narrowly missing.
HANDSHAKEGATE 2 AVERTED

In the meantime, NBC just showed Jets-Steelers highlights, and I will say that it is great to see the Jets finally use Tebow and show fans show people how you earn that starting halfback job.

I hope Schwartz and Harbaugh planned a Cabrera-Fielder style secret handshake for after the game.

In favor of the Cowboys defense. :(
It was a good idea in theory.
September 16th, 2012 at 8:18 PM ^
In order for the Lions to win Stafford needs to play like an All-Pro and our defense (particularly the d line) needs to play very stout. I don't see it happening, I say 24-17 Niners.

That's an interesting play (toss out of the gun). Must tired of watching the DE's come crashing down to the passer every play.

I love the Lions just because they are Michigans' pro team but I have the go with the Michigan Man! Go Niners. 49ers and Patriots in the Superbowl. Lock it!

Each team had a Wolverine directly followed by a player from Ohio.

Niners film room earlier this week
"Wait.... is that a white guy in the secondary? Yeah Alex, you're throwing it over his head every play."

This could be a blowout, our defense is not good, not good at all.
September 16th, 2012 at 8:41 PM ^
It's rediculous how much time Delmas spends on the injury list. Every fucking year our weakness is the secondary and management half-asses fixing it every time.

Watching the Ravens/Eagles game was just sickening. Brandon Boykin was a beast coming into the draft, yet we never went to get him. I can't imagine how anyone who saw the Capital One bowl could pass on him.
September 16th, 2012 at 8:49 PM ^
Even when he's "healthy" he is not a very good safety. He never makes a play, I can't remember the last time he had an interception or a ff/fr.

He's gonna need to throw it 50 times tonight. Forget trying to run the ball.

I'm not a Payton Manning fan, but I've been rooting for the Broncos since I was a kid.

This game is going to get ugly quick if they don't change the playcalling.

Lions fan or not, I don't like poor officiating.
September 16th, 2012 at 8:54 PM ^
That was a terrible call. Hopefully, the NFL can reach a deal with the real refs soon.
