It was definitely a bad call, but they had already allowed NU to drive 60 yards (converting a 4th and 10) and into field goal range when it happened.  They can't blame it all on the refs.

ND just got lucky they didn't get a roughing the passer call in OT. Guy lowered his helmet into the QB at the last second. In the NFL that's always a penalty. Now ND will score and win. Eff you, Pitt.
