Late Afternoon Games Open Thread - Christmas in East Lansing

Submitted by M-Wolverine on

MSU helps us or sucks some more. Win-win. It's actually a pretty good day for games all around all day.

Mod Edit: Couldn't help editing the title. Staee! [zl]

So, apparently ESPN thinks that northern Ohio would rather watch Texas v. Texas Tech than a Big Ten game between MSU and Nebraska.  Sucks.

Illinois gets another FG. 7-6 now.

Between the nearly 390 yards of offense they give up in the average game this season and a secondary that makes it a point to invent ways to draw PI calls, it is impressive that the Buckeyes are indeed 9-0.

Sparty going late hit as usual....though in their defense it was a horrible call. however, they built their own nest with the dirty play last year.

Anyone who says that teams don't get a little more up for UM and OSU than anyone else just needs to watch this Nebraska-MSU game.  Both teams are playing quite a bit differently than against UM.

...how they are not reluctant, in E. Lansing, to show video replays of disputed plays?

MSU and Wisconsin are, I think, the most aggressive schools in the Conference, in showing everything.  If any stadium is more pathetic than Michigan's, in failing to show disputed plays, I haven't been there yet.
