I thought last night's game was very exciting in the long run. It was down to the wire and last bucket wins which is what makes college basketball so intense. Michigan really handled the Spartans well in the begining but like most leads for Michigan they could not hold. I like most of you I was biting my nails when the Spartans had possession with 28. seconds left. They did do a very good job of clock management and forced us into a corner of desperation at the last minute. You can not blame Sims for not sinking in the last shot he had some great 3 pointers last night to keep us in the lead or to come within 1 or 2. It was a tough one to swallow with out a doubt and it's a loss that Beilein and the team will be thinking about today I'm sure. But they need to get it out of their heads and just play smart basketball. Unfortunately the door to the tournament is closing very quickly unless than can win out or win the majority of their games left.

If one less sorority girl got beat up in East Lansing last night I guess it was worth it.
Your right is was a great game. It would have reached excellent level had Michigan won.
For those who were watching the ESPN telecast, how discernible was the "Angry Midget!" chant during Izzo's halftime interview with EA? Or for that matter, the 3-4 other times during the game?
Couldn't hear it at all. Damn.
Be careful mixing the pills and the brown liquor my friend ;o)
That being said, the game pretty much ruined the romantic dinner I was preparing for my girlfriend. A few too many FUC*s were shouted and the vibe was killed. More salt in the wound I guess . . .
