Lamarr Woodley pregame speech
Anyone notice on Inside Michigan Football that Lamarr Woodley gave the team a pregame pep talk last Saturday? Is that a routine now with the honorary captains? It was also kinda funny that he urged the team to 'throw the first punch'. SHHHHH don't point that out to the FREEP.

Didn't know about it, but I am happy to have the former players involved with the program.

love seeing some of the "old" players coming back. I bet the recruits love seeing that also.

Given that "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" movie was a primary sponser of abc's telecast, the production team missed a rare photo-op of Woodley's tatoo

I love watching Woodley destroy OT's in the NFL.
I'm sure the freshmen and sophomores (really anyone that didn't play w/ him) were ecstatic that he gave the speech.

Woodley is pretty much a local hero from where he's/i'm from

Super nice. Kind of a goofball. Real hard not to like.

If they really want the defense inspired to hit hard they should have Ernest Shazor come in and talk to the team. Wonder what he's been up to..

This would have the added bonus of ensuring that everyone stayed for their senior season.

Just imagine how big Wolverine would be if he was on Mike Martin's arm
