According to this:

LaMarr passed on being in uniform on the field because the uniforms were UnderArmour, and he's a Nike guy.

""I wasn't willing to lose my brand Jordan endorsement so I passed on it," said Woodley, who signed a new six-year, $61.5 million contract Friday that made him the highest-paid defensive player on the team. "I wasn't taking any chances. I wasn't trying to risk my deal."

I thought it would have to get far more harsh for someone to sneak a Nazi reference in here....

Not complaining, of course. Personal gripes with off-field behavior aside, as long as Ben is a free man he can film cameos. Actually, I am rather interested in seeing how this looks on film.

Not singling you out, b/c I don't know if you commented, but I made the same point about Casey Anthony in one of the OSU threads and got hammered.  Apparently, the court of law and court of public opinion are two very different things.  The later is what matters here.  Lesson learned.

...but the presumption of guilt is a bit irksome.

I can't imagine the prosecutor dropping the case if he felt he had even a shred of evidence.  Prosecutors seem to take an evil delight in taking down celebrities.  I'll stick with the presumption of innocence here.

What does Roethlisberger have to do with Michigan?

Also, this movie is going to be awesome. A friend of mine is working on some of the audio for the movie and has shown me some of the pictures from the set. Although all the extras converging upon downton Pittsburgh lately has made driving around the city terrible.

Oh. My. I didn't even know that was being made. Wow, I do retract my statement, its one of 2 future movies that I am anticipating.

I saw the hockey team in a movie my parents were watching the other day. Its called Litle Black Book and my dad told me about it, so I went through the movie to find it, and sure enough, they make a breif appearance heading out for practice while one of the characters is making a phone call at a hockey rink. (he's apparently a sports journalist or something)

Lol at people bringing up ancient history. Ben Roethlisburger is a solid QB who plays hard on the field. Period. I don't care what he does off the field.

Good for him for appearing in the Dark Knight, along with the other Steelers.
