Lamar Dawson Listing UM as 1 of 7 top schools
Rivals #3 ILB (4-star), and scout #7 MLB seems to have some interest in UM. This is very exciting as I feel its a position of need in this class.
Though the article is written about his trip to Oregon, it does mention Dawon's interest in UM. TomVH has mentioned this in the past, but I thought this provided some update.
He continues to have Kentucky, Louisville, Tennessee, Florida, USC, Michigan and Oregon as his top choices. And that’s not likely to change for the four-star prospect, who is rated as the state’s top player and one of the best linebacker prospects in the country.

Perhaps you mean Dawson? Not trying to be a dick, and I didn't click through, but I think that's what you mean.

Kellen Jones just raised his hand.
But with that said, we could really use a 2nd MLB.

Florida and Kentucky lead, IIRC. Need to get him on campus ASAP.

Hard to compete with Kentucky.

It's always tough to compete with the in-state school that a kid grew up a fan of.

but Kentucky has got an excellent recruiting class so far, so they deserve a little bit of respect (at least for this class).

Isn't this fairly old news? We've been in his top 7 for a while now.

Heard he loved his visit to Oregon last week, so they could be major players in his recruitment too. The kid's a stud, in a position of dire need, yes, even with Kellen Jones already in the class. We really, really need to get him up here for a visit and if we continue to win, I think we still could have a shot at doing that.
