the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
L. Marshall decommits from OHIO
That was a crazy turn of events! Hell yeah I'll take it. Very strange though.
Sweet Justice! I'd be surprised if he didn't end up a Wolverine.
I like this.
When the ADept sells special jerseys and gear, you'll see my picture next to the targeted customer crowd. A sheep.....but a Blue one.....
to the buckeyes. It might just be the situation at that moment that your judgement strayed a little bit.
Come and stick with the good guys. GMAT will train you and your future is very bright, just like any given sunny day in Ann Arbor.
Why did he commit to Ohio in the first place? (Answering my own question:) Rumor has it that Urban told him basically that if he didn't commit right away, he may not have an offer at a later date.
"It would be a travesty, it would be ridiculous to all of a sudden come back and get the feeling back, get the health back, feel good again and then all of a sudden go throw some other colors on my shirt and go coach."
Makes you wonder what happened that made him have such an about-face.
Recruiting at the BCS level is just so corrupt and crooked that nothing really should be out of the question anymore.

that OSU will now back off. Meyer has been embarrassed and he won't let that happen again.
I know they are frowned upon here, but I'm afraid Urban is coming awfully close earning one. How can anyone believe a word out of the man's mouth?
I could definitely see this being true, but where is the rumor being circulated? This is the first I've heard about it.
"I'm the guy who does his job. You must be the other guy."
I've seen it from a couple posters on premium boards ... but it's never been attributed to a recruiting analyst, so that's why I said it's a rumor.
"It would be a travesty, it would be ridiculous to all of a sudden come back and get the feeling back, get the health back, feel good again and then all of a sudden go throw some other colors on my shirt and go coach."
I really hope his intent was to troll the entire ohio fanbase.
Maybe this de-commitment has something to do with hoke dispelling any rumors that he is going to the nfl...??
Herm was right?!?!
Harvard: The MICHIGAN of the East
We're not arrogant, we're just better.
Don't ever doubt herm. HERM
If you don't like Michigan you are a peasant
Herm said he would committ to us. Not quite right.
Last time he was wrong, Arch Duke Ferdinand paid severely.
I thought the last time Herm was wrong it rained for 40 days and nights.

The last time Herm was wrong Columbus happened upon America.
If the haters don't hate you then you're doing something wrong. - David Cone
Marshall tweeted that he had a great time at MSU, a wonderful time at Michigan, and an even better time at OSU.
...that's what happens when you compare and contrast Columbus on a Saturday to Michigan on a Wednesday night.
I like our chances if he visits again on any other day of the week.
According to eleven warriors his commitment wasn't committable.
I hope the next decision he makes is the right one.
"Are you an official here?Because you've officially given me a boner."
Hell, this must be because of all the Michigan jerseys selling in Ohio!
I heard somewhere that Hoke is changing the tide of the rivalry.
It's been a lot. Its been a roller coaster that for some reason seemed like it would never get good. But you know what? We kept fighting. It's like that old saying goes, "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions." -David Molk
and I'm sure Coach Hoke does too, Lawrence!
"They're stuck with that quarterback (sophomore Braxton Miller) for the next two or three years, that's fine with me. He throws worse than (Tim) Tebow. - Steve Everitt
Lawrence Marshall looks like he is going to be a high maintenance recruit.
Why? Because he got a little too excited and comitted too early? Come on now...
Really? What about him seems high maintenance? He had a great visit at a great football school with a coach known to be a hell of a recruiter, got excited and committed and then decided to back out after having time to think.
Chaos is found in greatest abundance wherever order is being sought. It always defeats order because it is better organized.
My head hurts. I hate recruiting...but I love it so much. I just don't know what to think about the madness. So many questions and no answers.
Denied by UM multiple times, nonetheless lifelong M fan.
He commits to OSU and then decommits two days later? I think we just found the 2014 version of Joe Mathis.

Being committed to Ohio State... Ain't not body got time for dat!
So let me see if I got this. A full year from signing day a Michigan kid commits to OSU and then less than a week later decommits?
Damn....even Taylor Swift thinks that break-up was fast.
Suddenly I have positive feelings associated with Michigan athletics!
Not that I loved Rich Rod less, but that I loved Michigan more.
Just for fun I'm going to link to this novella on eleven warriors about how urban Meyer gets whomever he wants whenever he wants and that includes players from the state of Michigan ( supposedly). I love reading this piece now, for schadenfreude related reasons.
