Enough is enough imo. I love that they hate OSU and all but at this point just let it go. Adding more fuel to the fire like this is unecessary and a bit juvenile, even if he is just defending a future teammate.

You have a point. Still, as a representative of the university, he should probably be held to higher standards. I'm not blaming him as much as I am frowning on the whole situation, but at the very least other Michigan fans shouldn't be congradulating him on this behavior.

Glad to see these guys are coming together and sticking up for eachother, but this whole situation is one that I wouldn't mind putting behind us.  It's time to move on.

Or he doesn't care.  I also read the comment as the person making the threats should bring a gun as one would need it to bring him down.  I did not take away that he had a gun.  It's just like someone saying to an a-hole that threatens him to bring an army because they do not fear that a-hole

I encourage you to speak for yourself. He was clearly referring to the need of whoever approached him to bring a gun. "Drive bys in A2"- I don't even know what this means, so again, please speak for yourself.

I dont like the line also, but he was fired up and trying to back his teammate.  These are kids and may not be as mature about the right PC things to say.  I support him fully, but lets back it up on the field.

Alex at 11W is saying how bad this is and playing to the fanbase while forgetting commetns from Billy Price.  Way to be fair.

For people that are complaining about the talk from our recruits, please stop following these 16 and 17 year olds.  right or wrong stop following them.  Its just interesting that Ohio Sate fans are not talking about their recruits and the Justin Boren Costume at Halloween.

Edit : Basically I said the same thing as Leaders and Best further down.

the 13 class better be able to back this talk on the field because they are definitely firing up ohio fans and players.  I hope there is some actually rage behind all this talk.

It kind of fires me up.

Who cares if they fire up the fans?  If they get so riled up about this that they're sending death threats I say rile them up some more.  It makes them look bad and they're losing a lot more sleep over it than anyone on our side.  As far as riling up the Ohio players I'm of the oft repeated opinion that no one really needs bulletin board material for this game.

WTF?  These kids aren't toys for you to play with.  If the fans are sending them death threats, then you want them riled up more?  So our recruits can get threatened with death more?  Or so they can be verbally and physically assaulted?

Get a grip, man.  It's a sport.  It's supposed to be fun.

Huh?  I read my post again and fail to see how I suggested they are toys for me to play with... I'm saying the fans don't affect what happens on the field, so who cares if they get riled.  It just makes their lives more miserable.  A death threat over twitter is not that frightening to me, and it seems it's not that frightening to Bosch either.

It means these kids have feelings.  They're not inanimate objects.  Nobody wants to be subjected to death threats.  So suggesting that OSU fans should be riled up more, and thus make more threats, is rather insensitive.

Saying that a 17-year-old commit to Michigan receiving death threats "just makes [OSU fans'] lives more miserable" is a completely moronic statement.  If you can't see why, that's a problem.

I think this is starting to get out of hand. Stop talking and wait til you're on the field guys.

this is by far (incoming class + next years class) the loudest, mouthiest bunch of recruits i can remember. maybe its the social media, but im beginning to wish id hear less about this stuff.

not saying its their direct fault, but i would rather hear the seniors talk and the freshmen shut up, sit down, and get to work.

Kids like Roh, Campbell, Lewan, Denard, need to give these kids reality checks when they come in. You havent done anything to talk about beating Ohio State yet.

Eh, I would not be surprised to see / hear Hoke talk to Bosch and the others about toning it down a bit. Look at Frank Clark (if I remember the player correctly), he was making inappropriate comments on Twitter, etc. and Hoke supposedly talked to him.

I think just the opposite. Right now they're still just high schoolers and have not put winged helmet. Now's the time to say silly things. I would much more bothered by a current player saying this stuff. The coaching staff and current players have been nothing but respectful yet intense. I'm sure by the time they get on campus, they'll get set straight. Haven't heard a word from Kalis or Pipkins.

Come on, that's funny right there. I don't ever troll anything that doesn't deserve it. Look at my comments, most would back me up. It's only the fringe of your fanbase I like to poke at. Most Michigan fans here/everywhere are sensible and able to engage in relevant football banter, however, some are morons and deserve to be mocked. You and I both know that.
