Kris Frost telling D. Hart to stick with Michigan

Submitted by Marcus818 on
It's behind a paywall at Rivals, but Frost told Hart to stick with Michigan at practice for the Army AA game. His excuse to not give away his decision was he didn't want Hart at Alabama if he decides to choose Auburn. I think its pretty obvious he's one of the silent commits. Also, Blake Countess was said to have had the best day of all the db's on the East team. http://michigan.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1172081

Ricardo may have been recruiting for UM before he actually got on the team, but I have read that he MAY have actually contributed to Dee Hart's decision to decommit because of his own frustrations over the situation at UM.

(Please note the use of the word "MAY" and that this is not something I have heard first-hand, just something I read on the Interwebs...heck, it may have been on this site, I honestly can't recall where I saw it)

I think this is interesting because it seems implausible that a kid would tell someone to go somewhere else so they don't have to face them. Seeing as Dee has also expressed interest in Auburn, it would seem more plausible for Frost to try to convince him to go to Auburn if that is where he was headed.

This seems to be more of an indication that Frost will be blue, than Dee will stick with us. And that is enough for me to get excited about.

after the National Championship Game.  This just seems like a new era with coaching carousels and kid's not knowing what they want.  I'm not sold on anyone's list until LOI.  No disrespect to Tom but I'll believe the kid's and the coaches when they arrive on campus.

I can't believe Rivals and Scout are still trying to keep the "Hart to Michigan?!?!?!?!?" story alive.

Give it up already, and go into deeper focus on some of the other guys.

Frost is easily my favorite of this year's recruits. I mean, sure, I am a big fan of Hayes, Countess, Crawford, Beyer and everyone else, but every time I see something new from Frost, it's just better and better.

That said, this seems like a really great group of kids the coaches are bringing in.

Turner never really had problems with athleticism or physical ability. He just obviously didn't have the drive and determination to succeed in major college football. You can't show up two years in a row out of shape and not knowing how the defense works.

Does anyone else want to see what a back like a chris perry, tyrone wheatley, (healthy) Brandon Minor, A-train could do in this offense? I know that Dee Hart is a nice talent, but I'd like to see a more prototypical running back be picked up for this offense. It seems( could be wrong) that most of the running backs we recruit for this offense are of the jitter-bug variety.
