Okay, I've been wondering this for awhile, but now that Wilcher seems to be getting more attention, I'll go ahead and ask the question.
Cass Tech head coach Thomas Wilcher's son, Kishon, is a 5'6" running back/slot/cornerback from Cass. Michigan isn't really looking for slot receivers this year, we have a bunch of corners now, and I think we're only looking for an elite-level running back. So I sincerely doubt that Kishon will get an offer from UofM.
Considering the close relationship the elder Wilcher has with Michigan, does anyone see this as a potential snag in the Cass Tech-to-Michigan pipeline? Or does anyone have any personal knowledge of the situation?
My feeling is that Thomas Wilcher understands the situation well enough not to be offended if Kishon doesn't get offered. Therefore, I don't think it would be a big deal if Rodriguez doesn't offer him.
