Kirk Herbstreit has tweeted this...makes me uneasy. "@KirkHerbstreit: Congrats to @umichfootball on a great hire!! B1G just got a lot stronger. Can you imagine the OSU/UM and UM/MSU weeks now?!? Game on!!" I realize there are a lot of threads on various reactions, but considering that Herbie was a story line last time, I thought I'd highlight this. Pls delete if inappropriate. I can't imagine Herbstreit would be that stupid to do this twice in his career. His credibility would be all but destroyed. But then again, he is a buckeye piece of trash, so I could see him trying to sabotage Michigan in any way that he can.

and even though Brian has it on the Front page. When I hear it from Jim Harbaugh's lips and Hackett confirms it, THEN and only then will start dancing and celebrating.

Not being a Debbie Downer here, but there have been many last minute gafs in trying to hire Michigan coaches lately to get me to believe without hearing and seeing.

Herbstreit - in german -- his name means Bitter Dispute -- so you know that he is having a bitter interior dispute with himself everyday -- the guy can only speak to Corso or Mussburger --

he is a Buckeye who wishes he was a Wolverine ---that is why he waited so long this time, he didnt want to screw it up again, but he still tried to jinx us if possible

On one hand, I really liked it last month when he said, "I want Michigan to be Michigan again, it makes the rivalry so much better."

On the other hand, why can't he keep his big mouth shut until Tuesday?
