There's nothing wrong with skepticism.

But, unlike Green, Kareem Walker is the consensus #1 RB in the country.

But you're right, they've got to see the field first. And there can be an element of good luck/bad luck, just look at Jabrill Peppers missing 2014.

But, if we get him, I think he'll be pretty good. Pretty, pretty good.

All the more reason to secure more 5* recruits - the only way to ensure a 5* pays off. The only problem is there aren't that many, and if they do pay off, they're more likely to be an early exit anyway. Regardless whether Walker commits to M or not, I'm confident one way or the other this staff will bring in sufficiently talented prospects - as good as what Hoke brought in, if not better. What's more important is that the staff is able to develop that talent into a cohesive, competitive team that wins championships.

11W right on cue:

"Walker was hanging out with some kids I know on campus during his last visit, and let's just say he wasn't behaving in an appropriate manner."

"Another Prima Donna - who lacks the maturity to follow through on commitments."

"Basically the staff refuses to play kissi, kissi with any one recruit. I'm so glad they don't."

"fuck that kid"

"Guess he doesn't like winning"

"Yawn - He was just in the way anyway."

"Urban may have wanted him but Urban also had something to do with his decommit."

"Darron Lee came here a 3 star prospect - but he works his butt off - give me those guys over these prima donnas anyday."

"I'm sorry but fuck this kid!!!"

"stop jacking people around with your lying and get it over with."

"Not sour grapes, but was never sold on him...not great speed and not that shifty."

"Was never high on him. Never saw what others did."

"I am feeling that the staff started trending away from Walker. "

"He played on ESPN a few times. I was honestly not that impressed."

after Kareem W. reaffirmed his commitment to OSU and the reviews were quite glowing at the time.

I particularly liked this one:

I remember when those fans up north kept saying he was going to flip to them because he took an official visit there, what a hopeful bunch. He's all OSU.

He doesn't. I don't think we're getting an all world back here, to me at least he looks like Melvin Gordon. Gordon was a 1st rounder and pretty darn good, but he's not Adrian Peterson or Leonard Fournette or someone like that. That being said he already has better vision that all the RB's on our roster outside of Johnson put together so I'd be happy to have him and he has an opportunity to start Day 1 if he can pass block.

Can't start a thread but MGoFish wrote in his "inside the fishbowl" that Michigan is now in play for Jacob Eason along with Florida and ND with Georgia's current troubles.

Wait... Does that mean he's going to commit somewhere and not tell anyone?  He says he's not going to comment on his recruitment until after he submits his LOI and early enrolls.  He could already be committed for all we know.  If that's what he's doing I love it.  I would be totally silent if I was a recruit until after signing day just to smoke out all the liars writing for recruiting sites.
