I mean, I can maybe understand this until he committed, but having Alabama still lead his predictions for bascially the last 11 months? And Ohio State isn't even on there!

I'm guessing 247 stops updating after a guy verbal commits? This is the only explanation I have for one guy still predicting Penn State. Plus, you have the dialed in Rutgers correspndent who has him pegged for Arizona State?? Have they actually ever recruited him?

So much confusion caused by that page...

They were on Alabama when he first committed to OSU months ago, so there's no "prediction points" or whatever for them to gain by switching to OSU after the fact, but by staying on Alabama or picking something different when it becomes trendy like Michigan, they can earn their crystal ball points in the event he decommits like now.

Pretty sure that lighter red line at the top is for OSU.  The darker red line below is for bama.  They just removed OSU from the graph legend.  Not sure why, maybe because they didn't want to show it as the top choice just after he decommits while it takes time for predictions to change?

(The graph stops on 11/1 so the percentages at the top don't line up.)  That's my guess anyway.

He is going to take all his visits and is not going to comment until he has submitted his LOI. He has been pretty tight-lipped to date, he did comment a few weeks ago after taking the Michigan visit, but not much before then. I hope he lands Blue, but it's too early for me to think he is going to the good guys. He might be leaning Michigan at this point, but there will be a lot of opportunity for other folks to change his mind.

When a kid you never heard of suddenly decides to commit to you on the day you win the NC, it's almost always going to end this way. Would have been nice to keep him, would have been nicer to keep George Hill. Walker could be the best back in the country, I don't know, but his film is not really that flattering, not compared to McCall's or Hills. One thing is for sure OSU saw this coming, which is why they went after Williams. Walker wants to come in and play right away, OSU's Zeke will most likely stay and graduate, which means barring injury he will be no.1 rock carrier. Can't help but believe maybe Walker didn't want to have to fight Weber and the rest for that no.2 spot. I'm sure Bama is telling him he will jump in right where Derek Henry is next year. And he just might.
