Kampfer to Make NHL Debut Tonight
Steven Kampfer will be making his NHL debut for the Boston Bruins tonight. I allways like seeing former Michigan players make it to the NHL.

This is great news, and I'm glad Kamper recovered from this dirty shot by little brother.

when kamper was attacked, his dad went after the player in the lockeroom. Even players dads can't stand state.

I'm sure how many people follow non-Michigan hockey all that much, but seriously, he's having a phenomenal year in Providence. This is really a pretty big deal. I don't think even the most optomistic scouts would have projected him to play an NHL game this soon, even if it only ends up being for a cup of coffee on an emergency basis. It's really pretty amazing what both he and Erik Gustafsson (you might remember him from Northern Michigan last year) are doing as AHL rookies this year.
