Pay no attention to those databases. They never get updated. They are, as we say, "crap."
I've heard nothing about such a visit being canceled, at least not yet.

If it is cancelled...FML.

I would be surprised if he visits, and even if he does, we're not getting him.

I just don't understand how a corner does not want to come here. WE OBIVIOUSLY LACK DEPTH.

Now we know the extenuating circumstances (3 coaches in 3 years) for the poor defensive showing, but the kid doesn't really have to give us mulligans.

With the consistent thoughts about the premium site's databases among other issues I have heard, I have to wonder if they are worth it. I have never subscribed to one, and nothing I have heard here leads me to pursue a subscription. Are any of the premium sites worth it? If so, in what ways would I benefit?

I have ESPN Insider but only because it comes free with a subscription to the magazine. The recruiting services are meh, but the one thing that is nice is it usually has video of the recruits. Which, yes, you can get in a variety of ways, but for me since I already have Insider it is convenient.

On the contrary, the databases are neglected because they're one of the free aspects of the pay sites. That said, I'm increasingly thinking that pay sites are kinda a waste of money.

Premium Scout.com member here and, yes, Shaw has changed his visit plans AGAIN.
Shaw "dropped" LSU a week ago and replaced them with UM, now he has "dropped" UM and is going to take a visit this weekend to...LSU.
My advice on recruiting: ignore every word that comes out of the mouth of ALL recruits and wait until Signing Day to see who UM lands.

Is that what a premium membership has taught you? I think I'll stick with the free option! ;-)

I'm really tempted to make a "public option" joke, but my better judgment dissuades me.

I don't see why one would ever pay anybody for this info.
