This may be related to Sam Webb tweeting that he heard Willie Henry has verbaled. Although I'd classify Henry committing as "good news" before I called it "big news"...That's just me though.

Cosign. It may not be fair to Willie Henry, but in the crazy world of UM recruiting at this moment in time, calling his commitment "big news" is just crafted to get page hits.
It's damn good news, though.

I think the Board has turned the tide on the Willie Henry commitment posts. Hell kids in Ohio are starting to believe it. Never in a million years I would have thought that. Sixteen identical posts about Willie Henry is a good start.

I always thought we needed a second DT in this class. While Willie Henry may not be the big name we had hoped for, I still classify it as BIG news due to the fact we haven't had any positive recruiting news the past few days. Now get your butt in the weight room Willie

How so? Mike Martin was 6'0" 285-290 coming out of HS. Short, stocky build with not much room to put on weight, but already freakishly strong and freakishly athletic (2x HS state wrestling champ). I don't see Mike Martin AT ALL in Henry. He reminds me most, as Magnus said at TTB, of Terry Talbott
