Jordan Payton Update

Hey guys I just got off the phone with Jordan Payton, who informed me of the following: 

He is still committed to Cal, but is looking around. The schools he is considering are Cal, UCLA, UW and Michigan. Michigan coaches will be in on Thursday for an in-home visit. They told him they were taking 3 WRs and that they want him on board. He said he loves Michigan but has to figure things out with his family. I asked him why he didn't have a Michigan hat on the table at the Army AA game and he said not to read into that at all because besides Cal, the other two hats were chosen at random. I feel like this is a Buckle Up situation. 

EDIT: Jordan said he'd call me after the coaches visit on Thursday to let me know where he stands. As I posted below, based on the conversation, I feel like Michigan's chances are legitimate.

He is channeling Lloyd Brady.  Lol.  Seriously, great job. The interviews are very nice.  Why so optimistic on Payton?  Curious, or a feel that you get from him.

I really was not expecting Michigan to still have a legitamate chance at Payton after all the rumors about him staying on the left coast turned out to be accurate when he chose Cal. However I have no problem standing in line again for this coaster ride! My belts buckled, leggo!

This kid just can't get enough attention. The only reason he probably committed to Cal was to get on TV. Even if he did come here he would probably transfer after a year. UM should just move on.

Of course, we need a 3rd WR in this class.  As we progress towards the complete Gorgeous Borges offense, I would expect Denard's number of pass attempts to rise significantly, and then with Gardner, Bellomy, and Morris in the wings, WRs are going to be a hot commodity in AA.
