Jordan diamond verbal to michigan?

Submitted by Darth Tressel on
On bucknuts there's a thread about diamond visiting Michigan this weekend and there was a report apparently on scout that he gave his verbal to Michigan today. It's behind a payroll so I couldn't see exactly what was said and I didn't see anything on it on here so I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything? Posted on a Droid.

There's a silent commit as of today, so your guess is as good as mine. But if I was a betting man it would be ron Thompson. Would love it if it was diamond though

Could be what Tom tweeted about a silent commit but wont hear about it for a while.

It makes since becuase we have been his leader but he has said he doesnt want to make an announcement because his recruitment is bringing scouts to the school that will allow his teammates to be seen more than if he went ahead and committed.

Everyone Jordan is definately a good player but could u imagine Diamond and Dawson? The soph out of Cass Tech! He is a beast and is definately going to grow into a very good lineman! We should offer him soon! Before anyone else does!

There are a number of reasons to silent commit. As one poster stated: It could be to draw scouts to a school that doesn't get scouted too much for the sake of other team mates.

It could also be that a recruit wants to take free official visits on some other university's dime in the fall.

If a recruit is at a school that is a traditional pipeline for a differnent school he wouldn't have to hear about the "wrong" choice he made for the rest of his highschool football career.

I'm sure there are other reasons , but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Ok if you say so but I think we should at least offer the kid I mean we offered shane morris! Dawson is already getting major looks and if we don't at least show him some intrest we're go gonna be SOL and what about the DT Darryl Goldsmith!? He's a beast as well Dan And Goldsmith Played side by side this season and if I mite add produce some very good sstuff! We need that CT relationship because its a pipeline for talent

First of all, as others have said, let's focus on this class. Also, you do realize that nobody on this board has any influence over who the staff looks at right? Finally, if somebody doesn't want to come to Michigan because we didn't offer him as a sophomore he probably has some character issues.

ànd Kenton gibbs is a monster we need to show Dawson and Gibbs some love because they will be 2 of the Best Lineman in Mi for the class of 2013

Let's not forget about Bill Brasky, the QB/RB/TE/WR/OT/LB/CB/DT out of Detroit Holy Catholic Powers Northwest Central River Heights High.  He's a two ton man-mountain who could palm a medicine ball!  One time I was with Brasky in the back of a pickup truck, along with a live deer.  Brasky goes up to the deer and says, "I'm Bill Brasky!  SAY IT!"  Then he manipulates the deer's lips in such a way as to make it say, "Billbrasky."  It wasn't exactly like it, but it was pretty good for a deer.

I agree on Brasky though.  I know he's still in 3rd grade, but holy shit, two more months and he will be moved up to 4th.  We need to get in on this kid NOW before everyone else does, or before he thinks we're not showing him any love.

FWIW, his mom said he has a Michigan lunchbox.

None of you misunderstand that he is now a verbal silent commit.

MATHS

None and prefix of "mis" cancel, producing:

"he is now a verbal silent commit."

Verbal and silent cancel, producing:

he is now a commit.
