Jordan Diamond Announcement: To Auburn
With Marve getting an extra year Purdue will have 10 QB's on their roster. 6 returing and Gregory will be their 4th QB recruit.
He's announcing within 5 mins according to some guy on twitter for rivals at the announcement.
He is announcing now, later, and earlier today. The IN crowd already watched him play for his chosen school.

I don't know why Pipkins would tweet that if it wasn't true. I don't get the purpose of a "set up". But you never know I guess. But I would say no. That's ok with me though. I think everyone would agree we don't want anyone who isn't 100% Blue all the way. We have a great class and the future is looking bright. We should be happy with that. I'll take a class that is ranked 30 ahead of little brother any day. Hail.

If he picks Michigan I will be happy.
If he picks another school I will promptly forget his name, unless he is awesome in 3-4 years in which case I will forever rue this awful day.
The good parts of the day (drunk on rye, about to eat a delicious chicken pot pie in roughly 55 min.) will fade into oblivion as, like sand through the hourglass, so pass the days of our lives.

I have only recently discovered the magic of this wonderful libation somewhat late in life. I also live in the middle of nowhere so can't get anything else without a journey. Am open to recommendations if there is anything else people like, but this shit is plain delicious. Love finding something between the sweetness of bourbon and the peaty burnt bog taste of scotch.

Bulleit Rye, it's pretty delicious. You inspired me to have a glass of it myself this evening.

I planned on picking up a bottle of that at BevMo for Christmas as my present/I'll-drink-most-of-it offering with my gal's relatives. Sadly they were out of just about everything rye related thanks to the holiday.
Cheers!

I've never pictured you living out in the middle of nowhere, but Bevmo suggests somewhere in California, so I guess it's a tradeoff. If you have the chance get a bottle. I'm already on my third tall glass and it's going down easy.

Went from AA to LA but moved out to the Arizona desert about a year and a half ago. My gal's family all lives in SoCal though so we always hit a BevMo hard when going out for holidays. Otherwise the ultra-premium booze is tough to find and it can be hard to convince her that I really need to head to Vegas or LA so I can by a case of whiskey for my own personal use.

a while ago when he decided to fully explore the recruiting process. Apparently, Auburn provided the best experience.
But the way Michigan produces offensive linemen, you guys will be just fine. From what I've read, Ben Braden will more than fill in.
Roll Tide.
Disappointing that everyone thought that if we had room, he would be in this class and he's not.
You know how sometimes people get sour grapes and say, I can't believe they went to xxx school over Michigan....
Well Auburn is really one of those schools to me. For the life of me, I really cannot believe anyone would choose Auburn over Michigan. I live south of Atlanta -- about an hour and a half from Auburn and there is nothing there. Plus, the school itself sucks. And the football team is destined to always live in the shadow of Alabama.
This isn't sour grapes, just bewilderment. Makes no sense.

they won the national championship last year, right?
Pretty sure that gets you out of any pesky shadows.

That was a one-time anomoly... which I think pretty much everyone outside of Auburn fans understand was bought and delivered. Without the generous donation to the Newton family, that wouldn't have happened.
And I just don't want to believe that everyone gets paid to go there.
And, even after the Auburn national championship, the Alabama crowd is much more vocal around here. It's like they won, lots of people said "war eagle" for a while, then when this season started, crickets. Like the whole thing never happened.

Point taken.

What is that in your avatar, I think it's cool, but I've been too embarrassed to ask.

2001 is my favorite movie by far. Like most people, I saw it initially when I was younger and was like, "There's some cool shots but it's slow and boring". Then is saw these youtube videos by a brilliant Brit named Robert Ager:

(There's 3 parts) Anywhoo, it made me realize what a brilliant film that is and since then I've done a huge amount of research on the film. Kubrick has also become my favorite filmmaker because he put this level of thought into all his films. Never see one of his films and not research deeper meanings because, trust me, they're always there. Sorry to get so excited, but I'm in the SAC department here at Michigan (well, I'm a film minor).
