When I think about camp Sanderson I think about cut delts. Basketball players have no mass, but got some cut delts. I want cut delta but working out is pointless when your covered in fur though. I might shave.

Pack your clothes and go to the gym right after work. That's what I do. And limit carbs until after your workout, the 5 pounds will melt away easily with a proper diet.

fan blog. While I too cringe at some of the "contributions" to this blog, I'm sure 11 Warriors, RCMB, and others have plenty of idiots commenting how recruits, players and coaches suck as well. If a recruit's decision comes down to which blog community seems "nicer" then I think his priorities are a bit skewed.

In the case of the DJ Wilson post, I thought the over-arching theme of the comments was that "we don't care so much about muscle, we want to see it translate into frontcourt toughness." Don't think for a minute that the team's not already talking about this, starting with Coach Beilein. Them seeing fans comment about that aspect of the team is not really going to add much to an already obvious conversation.

RCMB is not an MSU fan board, it's a Michigan obsession board.

The longest thread by far on RCMB is "I think scum just hit bottom' with over 6600 posts, 268 pages and over 500K page views since September. Took a look at the last couple of pages, they literally seize upon every single thing publicly said/done by any member of the UM team or coaching staff, then spend the next few pages reassuring each other why that thing will ruin our program. Most recent obsession is Gwen Bush.

And they wonder why, even after 7 years of sustained success in the rivalry, they are and will always be little brother.

Late to the thread here, but two things in general: 1) Don't take personal shots 2) Don't be a doosh Follow those two guidelines, and you're going to be fine more often than not.
